What this Privacy Policy Covers

This Privacy Policy covers OKmedic's treatment of personally identifiable information that OKmedic collects when you are on the OKmedic site, and when you use OKmedic's services. This policy also covers OKmedic's treatment of any personally identifiable information that OKmedic's business partners share with OKmedic.

To purchase a membership of E-chart, we also need to know your full name, credit card number and expiration date. This personally identifiable information will be utilized only to fulfill your membership agreement.

Children's Privacy

OKmedic's web site are designed and intended for use by adults over the age of 18. Minors under the age of 18 may resister for our OKmedic.com that collect or present personal healthcare information only with the prior consent of
their parent or guardian. The parent or guardian is responsible for providing supervision to ensure the minor's authentication is kept secureand the credibility of the health record is maintained.
